We had a little Beagle that would go to the garden, pull off an ear of corn, shuck it herself, and chow down.

and he lasted a good 15 to 16 years.

10. I fostered a St. Bernard that ate corn on the cob one row at a time.

Big Ben would put a paw on one end of the cob and roll it until one side was bare. Then he would put his other front paw on the other side of the cob and roll it until the other side was bare. He loved tossed salad too. He would practically inhale it and at the end he would spit out all the radishes. Pfft. Pfft.

13. I have had 3 cats that loved corn on the cob

one of them would steal the cobs and hide them in all sorts of strange places (like behind furniture)

Interestingly, they were all tuxedo cats.
