Home from surgery

Took an hr after 1.5-hr prep time. Hope Medicare traditional comes thru cost wise. Had to pay facility fee. They walked me into the or, put me on a table, and I was gone. Woke up groggy. They gave me tylenol for pain. I got 8 oxys. I live with an addict, so that's fun. No its stressful af.

Not bad pain yet. 4 small incisions. Still spacy.. rest a few days. My anti-gallbladder-removal sister wants to know what I'll do if this removal does not solve my pain and problems. I don't know i can't even go there now. Ignore them or kill myself.

I mean i hope so cause i just went thru hell and expense and something could still be wrong.

Dr seemed blase about diet. I said low-fat, and he said eat what you want I'm drinking lots of water. Really wanna avoid taking opioids. Pray this is the solution. I really don't know. I've been told 3 months by my sister it was trapped gas n just walk it off. I felt gaslighted.

That's where I'm at, me, on Earth, in thr universe... spinning around

It is crisis living with an addict. Try to envelope yourself with white light of protection and healing.

my wife basically lived on baked potato and grilled chicken she said... this was years ag before I met her. She was like 27. She worked at Wendy's and lived on grilled chicken and plain potato...it's always a good vitamin rich g-to when feeling blah about food. (I always add at least a little butter, fat's good for you )

Anyway, my $ .02

sorry your healing environment is not ideal :/ try to rest as best you can, take hafl or quarter of a pill for pain. The day after is always worse, be prepared... HUGE HUGS!

A year and a half later and I still have to be super careful what I eat.
Good for you getting it done, heal gently.
