I got the pecan pumpkin oatmeal, pumpkin spice chai, pumpkin spice coffee, pumpkin greek yogurt, pumpkin cream cheese, pumpkin ice cream, and pumpkin waffle & pancake mix--- and that's about half of all the pumpkin stuff they had.
I have never seen as many pumpkin ales as this year either.
I shall be quite orange by the end of October...

Medium finely chopped red pepper
¾ cup finely chopped onion
2 TBSP butter
¾ tsp paprika
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp finely chopped parsley
¾ tsp salt
¾ tsp pepper
¾ tsp hot sauce
Combine ingredients in sauce pan and cook till a golden brown. Apx 8 10 minutes.
Turn off heat and add ¼ cup whipping cream, 2 oz cubed room temp. cream cheese, ½ TBSP of chopped parsley and 15 oz pumpkin (not pie filling).
Can be spread on slices of sour dough bread
