busy day. saw my thyroid/ diabetis dr. brought my charts and he was happy w my readings.
yay i am tired but a good tired . feel like i have been clobbered by a 2x4. not sick but that is how it feels . weather update : we had a significant cooldown yesterday. was down into the 50s overnite into the 80s. full stop. in northern and central ca we have a phenomina called the delta breeze. reached tic toc base overnite and beyond . we can turn off the ac and open the winders overnite .thus.
