Manufactured, heavily processed, mass produced, but it contains notes and beats, just as Kraft slices contain some milk.

calling Soft-Serve as Ice Cream. You can call Soft Serve a "cold whipped confection" but it is not Ice Cream. Ice Cream is Ice Cream just like Frozen Custard is not Ice Cream.

If the description stops at 'cheese' I take it to mean it is cheese. If it says 'cheese food', 'cheese product', or 'cheese food product' then I don't buy it because they are not actually claiming it to be real cheese.

I have to say, I like them. They freeze & thaw perfectly, melt smoothly, and turn into a mild, savory cheese sauce when laid over hot broccoli or the like.
Although I do wish they actually qualified as "cheese."
