Anyone else remember "Mike and the Mechanics?"

I just recorded an album by them, had this song on it.

I remember them, haven't heard this song in 25 years!
But now I have it.

3. The first concert I took my wife to was Mike Rutherford (and the Mechanics) in 1985.

It was at the Lincoln Theater in DC. Good concert.

4. Silent Running

Kind of creeped me out a little at the time, when the Soviets were viewed as a big threat and movies like Red Dawn and TV programs like Heartland came out.

Par Avion and Silent Running remain two of my favorite songs. Hadn't heard the one you posted from Miami Vice in a very long time.
