I like "Amish Paradise".

bob rivers has tons of great xmas songs: All You Need is Elves, Walkin' Round in Womens' Underwear, Flu Ride.

Also some good ones on dr. Demento's Christmas Album: The Twelve Days of Christmas by Allan Sherman... "And a Japanese transistor radio!!"

I think all medical students should watch "Living with a Hernia" and "Like a Surgeon"
