It's getting damned cold in Lansing Michigan tonight...

decided to break out my winter coat for my nightly 400-yard walk to 'Dollar General'---

but regretted that I didn't break out my winter hat also, well before I got there---
my ears didn't like the slight wind too much...

(My 'weather station' said that the temp on my front porch was
down to 36 degrees--- but it's interpretation of the temperature
always seems to be higher than what I get off the internet---
probably due to radiant temperature from the house itself....)


and possible 2 inches of snow tonight--- I hope it misses us....

We are finally getting below freezing here in Minneapolis. We had some stuff float over last night, but it did not amount to more than some bits in the air.

As much as I am not a fan, Old Man Winter is strolling this way.
