The DU Lounge
Related: Culture Forums, Support ForumsGood morning my DU family,
In all honesty, I've struggled through another in what seem to be increasing sleepless, anxiety ridden nights.
Today I must resort to one of the oldest lines in the world of self motivation, but I really have to remind myself of all that I have to be thankful for in my life, and those thanks begin towards all of you.
Please help me to find one reason to be thankful after another today, hopefully occupying all the time that would otherwise be anxiously spent.
Please have a wonderful day spent joyfully hustling to get all those last minute things done. Happy Thanksgiving to you all,
Love, John

(960 posts)Good morning! I am trying to enjoy some seasonal rituals. Today I am going to make some cranberry-orange relish while sampling the egg nog I bought yesterday. Also, I fell for the Black Friday bologna, so my snow blower will arrive on my doorstep today.
Here's hoping some seasonal inspiration visits you today, John.

(57,979 posts)I'm sure you have been working on your sleeplesness, but in case you haven't tried it, ashwagandha works for me without any side effects
