OP
I doubt it is AI, but find it interesting that people deem anything compelling and high quality in video as AI

The controversy around AI is so strong right now that there's no way a Big Game advertiser would use prominent AI in their production, though you can bet they used all sorts of high tech digital processing, including AI at various levels (think GPS mapping and market analysis for editorial decisions).
Anti-AI folks and AI-bros should have a better opinion of human creativity in general.

(60,566 posts)6. From the Ad Age story about the commercial:
https://adage.com/super-bowl/super-bowl-ad-campaigns/aa-budweiser-american-icons/
The 60-second spot from BBDO New York opens with a Clydesdale foal wandering from its stable and encountering a baby bird chirping beside a fallen tree. As a storm rolls in, the foal returns to shelter the bird, sparking an interspecies relationship that unfolds over the changing seasons. The bird repeatedly attempts to take flight from the Clydesdales back, a scene witnessed by nearby farmers, including Brian Fransen, a real-life Budweiser barley farmer.
The payoff comes as the now-grown Clydesdale charges forward and clears a fallen log. A wingspan appears from behind, revealed to be a majestic bald eagle taking flight, just as Free Bird approaches its cathartic guitar solo and the King of Beers is poured. The farmers are moved to tearsbut wont allow themselves to say so.
-snip-
The spot was directed by Henry Alex Rubin, marking his third consecutive year working with Budweiser. The eagle, known as Lincoln, was under care of the American Eagle Foundation and cleared to perform by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. A spokesman said no AI was used in the ad.
FCB New York handled last years Budweiser-Clydesdales Super Bowl ad, which took the top spot in the USA Ad Meter. FCB has since been folded into BBDO as a result of Omnicoms acquisition of Interpublic Group of Cos.

Budweiser consistently has had the best ads in the business for decades. Shame they don't do anything about their beer.
