...but there was more than one I lusted after as a kid! A friend owned the 6-string model
of the Vox Phantom. Looked awesome, sound not so much, but SOME of these
budget guitars ( just like the cheap '60s Japanese guitars) really did sound great!

my late husband had a Dynelectron longhorn bass that he loved. Not sure what happened to it - was gone by the time we met.
