She slices! She dices!

She literally MOPS THE FLOOR with an armed opponent twice her size, sequence starts at 21.58 and is about 20 seconds.

What stands out is the pure joy on her face as she shares her wisdom.

This is not fake movie acting with wires.

Baguazhang is the sister art of Tai Chi, and is based on mastering change and all it involves


This was filmed at a Dojo in Okinawa, where she teaches with a Karate master. Interesting, as she is speaking in Japanese, not Chinese. The look on the faces of those young Karate students she used for demonstrating speaks for itself. 🤣

I wish I had at least dabbled in it. Perhaps I still might, it's never too late.
