Bought me some bone broth online. My body needs marrow.

I grew up eating marrow from chicken bones: one of our nannies taught us 4 kids how to eat it and my parents didn't object. It was also eaten by our Paleolithic ancestors as it was the part of the kill which was preserved the longest. I have felt the need for it and that kind of fat. So I bought some bone broth online and am having it for dinner tonight. I hope I get smarter.

What is your latest health kick?

He grew about 12 inches in a year, and it weakened him. He was in the hospital for awhile. When he came home, he drank milk shakes with malt and brewer's yeast in them, and my Mom would cook beef bones with marrow in them. I'm not sure how he ate it, but maybe on bread.

He got better, grew to 6'11", but never weighed move than 170. Never played basketball.

at a sitting when they were growing to 6'2" and 6'3" respectively. Sounds harrowing for him.

I recently got a cpap machine in December and I love it. I got way smarter. Of course I was having apnea 50 times an hour when I slept and now it is down to once an hour, which is normal. I feel so awake and sharper. I used to be suspended between wake and sleep when I was awake in 2025. So I'm on a brain kick. I have unprocessed cocoa (flavanols) and fermented turmeric (anti-inflamation) on the way.

When I get bone-in chicken breasts, I filet them and make bone broth from the bones, then soup

Sometimes the breasts are cheaper. Not buying much of anything lately

food I can nibble in the meantime. I have a food subscription so I get lettuce with the roots still on, cherry tomatoes on a vine that will last 3 weeks or pork loin at a good price. I also like their bean salad that lasts two meals. I like their butter chicken but they have dynamic pricing so they can tell I like it and the price goes up. But it is great for someone single like me who doesn't like to cook and would otherwise have lots of leftovers if I bought from a traditional grocery store. The portions are small.
