3. What really flummoxed me

Was how LONG that crazy chase went on! And YES, the poor patient inside!

Personally, I think the officers should have held that maniac face down in the snow LONGER.

2. Seems like a dangerous tactic to get him to stop with a patient in the back.

The ambulance could have easily flipped over.
