Request for healing vibes: My sister's SO is having emergency eye surgery right now. UPDATE!!

He was hit in the face with a basketball by a kindergartner at the school where he works.

It was a "prank" by the kid that went horribly wrong. I'm sure the kid (5 years old) had no concept of the potential harm.

But, if this surgery isn't successful, he may lose his sight in that eye.

He has to be on complete bedrest for a week.

Even coughing or sneezing is a risk!



BUT! Doc says he should make a full recovery!

15. I hope all turns out for your sisters SO. Also for the little boy,

especially if the SO loses his eye. It would be terrible if he loses his eye and I'm sure the young boy will be devasted he did that.
