All my life I have been making birthday cakes and just giving them away. Did I break a law and giving them to someone underaged? No ID?

I have one in the oven, right now, for my grandkid who will be 1 tomorrow. I like to get them addicted young.

Before you know it, they'll be buying a multi-tiered cake with a couple on top. Spending hundreds of dollars for that confectionery fix.
