I ate McDonald's Big Arch so you don't have to...

...but you might want to anyway. It's good.

I'm a little confused about something: they claim this is the biggest McDonald's burger ever but all it is, is a Double Quarter Pounder in a different bun with white Kraft Slices rather than yellow ones and a unique sauce. If you can deal with half-pound burgers this one tastes good. It is more expensive than a Five Guys cheeseburger, but if you prefer the taste of this chain's burgers to that of the other it's not a bad option.

What I REALLY wish they would have done is left out the sesame seeds.

My recommendation if you get one: use the "customize ingredients" function on the kiosk to ask for "light Big Arch sauce." The one I got was sauced a bit too exuberantly, and the bun was starting to fall apart by the time I got halfway through it.

I've been eating a Keto diet for two years and that's the first "regular" burger I've had since I started. I occasionally get a keto style burger, with no bun or ketchup or with a lettuce wrap.

And the sauce. Made me decide to make a hamburger tomorrow to go with my curried soup. But all I remember about tbe sauce was mayo and ketchup and something spicy I think. I remember thinking it sounded like Popeyes spicy sauce on their chicken sandwich of which I've got some mixed up already in the fridge.
spicy mayo is made by combining 1 cup of mayonnaise with 1.5 teaspoons of cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and 0.25 teaspoons each of garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and white vinegar.

I really like the fish filets.

That was until about 2 months ago, and I bought 2 and the bill was over $12!!

Ridiculous.

That being said, I used to really like the Big Mac. Every once in awhile, I would order one every year to satisfy that crave.
However, lately the Big Mac would be smaller patties and TONS of special sauce that made the sandwhich fall apart halfway through.
Even ordering with "light sauce" didn't help.

There are way better options than McDonalds.
So I will not bother with this new "Big Arch" thing. It looks shitty just from the ads.

Didn't like the crunchy fried onions, and my roll fell apart, too much sauce (and probably grease!)

Not worth $12, but it was ok. Just as soon pay $20 or so at good local restaurant.
