I got a little bit sad tonight, Sinatra's "It Was A Very Good Year" came on a sound track - When I was 17, it was a very

good year for small town girls
and soft summer nights,

Memories came back of many of the soft summer nights, those 60 years ago.

I developed a long term love of Sinatra's music decades ago and smile every time Old Blue Eyes treats my ears again.

The magic of music is in those connections and memories that live again when triggered for or by us - especially when we need it the most. It is definitively NOT a very good year overall, but there are still moments that things align and we can still find beauty on the edges of darkness to light our way and help us find the light again.

Stay strong and keep an ear out for The Chairnan too!
