Berlin`s Best Traditional Snack Culture consists not only of many delicious Sausages but also of Good Old Home Cooking Culture, which we would like to present to you in this Street Food Berlin Germany Episode at Lange's Imbiss.
Bratwurst, Berlin`s Currywurst, Schnitzel, Berlin`s Meatballs, Meat Skewers, Fried Potatoes, his homemade Berlin Sausages called Berliner Knacker, Sandwiches and a different Lunch Dish is freshly prepared every day. For us there is a delicious German-Style Goulash. Carsten Lange is a trained Butcher and passionate Cook and is the second generation of his family to run this Snack Bar. It all started with a Traditional Berlin Snack Bar in the Arminius Markthalle, which his Parents ran until 2000. Parts of the old famous German TV Series - Three Ladies from the Grill - were even filmed there in the 1980s.
Carsten Lange was born with a Talent and Passion for Berlin Street Food - and you can taste it. But Imbiss Lange is definitely more than just a Snack Bar!

In addition to freshly prepared Meatballs, Schnitzels and Currywurst every day, there are Homemade Beef Roulades every Friday. The Dish gets its inimitably intense flavor primarily from the Sauce, which develops from the roasted aromas of the seared Beef Roulades and the subsequent braising in their own juices.
Carsten Lange, whom you already know from Part 1 will show you all this and more. As a trained Butcher and Chef, he runs this over 40-year-old Snack Bar in the 2nd Generation with a Passion for Berlin Street Food. And we can confirm once again: "Imbiss Lange" is definitely more than just a Snack Bar! "Dig in!"
