I have a head/sinus cold.

My head has been stopped up.

Cough. Hack. Spit.

No appetite.

I can't tell you how good it feels to slowly sip chilled ginger ale.

It was such a harsh winter, and spring showed up almost overnight. I need to start on allergy meds tonight.

It’s been really bad the last couple weeks in FL, and I’m getting really sick of mucus rumbling in my lungs and sinuses.

Can’t even take most OTC allergy meds because they make me goofy. Guaifenesin and my neti pot are the only things helping me hang on and I still feel disgusting to be around (I work in a damned pharmacy, and no doubt people are thrilled to have me handling their meds or ringing them up at the register…) Blargh.

I inhale tepid filtered water (salty) up my nose and it comes out my mouth. Relief in minutes. But see a Dr if the symptoms continue. You don’t want a sinus infection.

The nagging cough from sinus drainage has lasted for weeks. Negative for Covid and flu. The doctor says it’s.allergies.,

passed down to my wife from her mother...

My wife puts Vick's on her bare feet, and then puts socks on, before she goes to bed.

Apparently, it helps somehow, but I've never tried it myself.

I hope you feel better soon.
