Good morning my DU family,

I wrote yesterday of how devastating fear can be, especially to the young amongst us. Today, I'll speak of how powerful a single hopeful moment can overcome so much fear.

I'm reminded because as I struggle to prepare for my hearing tomorrow, trying to speak just so to maximize my words' effectiveness, a friend mentioned that she'll pray to Saint Rita for me. Saint Rita is the Paron Saint of Impossible causes, and I just remember how uplifting her simple statement was, because it gave me that glimmer of hope that I just happened to need right then and there.

A single act of kindness is powerful enough to change the whole picture.

Please give us a day filled with opportunities to be the deliverers of hope to anyone that needs it in our lives today, knowing how incredible that act can be in a others life.

Have a hopeful day DU.
Love, John

I wouldn't be here today without everything that DUers have done.
