I have a bottle of it but it's so strange I'm afraid to take it.

it's wonderful stuff.
Why do you think it's strange ?

(342 posts)Tried it many times. I wouldn't know I'd tried it if it wasn't on the label of the supplement bottle! Haha. My meaning.........it did nothing, zip zilch. No effect whatsoever.
If anything, I got less sleep. I tried it alone, in combination with other supplements, etc....and had an incredibly hard time falling asleep.
Tried magnesium as well which only gave me MORE energy. Wish I'd known about it when I was younger. Magnesium was like an upper.
