I know this is not the forum for it, but hear me out, please
When we lived in Bristol, TN, LilBit and would go the NASCAR Fan day activities and they gave us a spot back stage. We did this twice a year, for 15 years.
.
There were a few drivers who were just very comfortable around challenged individuals such as LilBit, and he always would come in and call her, by name and just sit and they would giggle for a while.
The coolest thing he did was one year he brought her one of his racer t shirts, for her to wear.
And had the print shop put on the back of the shirt, he gave her,
" Kyle Busch is my biggest fan"
That was pretty cool
He had a reputation in his job, but he knew her by name, when he only saw her twice a year.
I hope they are giggling together again today.
