My dry cleaner is tracking me. 👀😳 No really.

My wife and daughter took a bunch of stuff to Goodwill last night. While there they found exact matching Christmas plates to the ones we already have AND they bought me 8 shirts. Nice shirts Izod, Joseph A. Banks, etc. I’ve got a Brooks Brothers shirt I found at another Goodwill - $5 😃

I dropped them off on the way to work in our drop off bag this morning at the dry cleaners.
The dry cleaners called me at 8:30 to verify that two of the shirts were mine. Apparently they have a “heat seal tracking device” or like an iron on spot on each shirt by owner. They match it to the drop off bag. The former owner(s) must have used the same dry cleaner.

Who knew???

I guess that's encouraging. But they could track potentially anything. Your keys, your shoes.

but it was the lady at our local shop.

Pretty impressive in this day and age, to me.

It would make a unique movie plot. The main character being accused of a crime because of a thrifted shirt. Very Kafkaesque!
