Waiting for more prediction about if she has months or years to live and in either case, face a horrible end of life.

(157,091 posts)That is an awful diagnosis. There are not many that are that bad.
Does she live in a state that permits assisted suicide? I know Oregon has it and it can bring peace, knowing that the horror can be avoided.

She had thoughts of accumulating meds for one big dose but her meds are given and monitored by staff in the acute care unit of her assisted living facility.
