My husband and I were granted our dream vow renewal last month through an incredible foundation - Wish Upon a Wedding. They gift dream weddings and vow renewals to couples facing a terminal diagnosis.

I am on hospice with ALS. Our vow renewal was the first time I felt beautiful in 2 years. Each vendor involved donated their time and talents to make this happen for us. We feel incredibly blessed.

I just thought I would share something wonderful we experienced during the darkest time in our family's lives.
