Good morning my DU family,

I take Cuddles for his "walk" most days, adding the stop to feed Shadow's brother and sister who are still back in the woods behind my trailer.

Doing that gives meaning and purpose to those days when my back is so fragile, that I really only have that and feeding Petunia, and Shadow on my agenda. In other words, sometimes my pain is so bad that I'd do nothing if it wasn't for them.

It reminds me that life would be so empty without meaningful contact with others, be they friends, or strays. That contact is such a stabilizer when it comes to settling down feelings of anxiety, loneliness and low self worth.

Please give us a day filled with opportunities to share our day with others, helping where we can, joining where we can, and offering our kindness and generosity where it may be of best use.

Have a generously rewarding day DU,
Love, John

chronic pain (and the depression it can cause) effects more lives than anything.

I pray you can find some relief. After I had a successful hip replacement, I battled sciatica for weeks. Pain meds side effects warped my mind. I’d never take opioids again unless positively necessary.

Peace & Love
Hugs

It really is so hard to be motivated when getting out of bed can be really rough some days, and it seems recovery from stressing my back seems to take longer as time goes by.

She said if she ever had to write an obituary for me she’d say I died of bed rot and republican torture. She was raised as a liberal democrat; I’m most proud of that. She rescues kitties, too.

I feel a few hours of bed rot coming on LOL

Shalom

If I wasn't holding on to something, I'd fall.

I'll pray for you and you for me Ziggysmom.
