New Study Finds High Unemployment among Hogwarts Graduates

(Devonshire, UK) In yet another blow to the reputation of one of England's most exclusive private schools, a study conducted by Channel 5 finds that unemployment among graduates of Hogwarts is nearly three times the national average.

Researchers point to a curriculum which seems not aligned with the 2012 job market. "The demand for employees who hold a degree in the Dark Arts or Advanced Alchemy is just not keeping pace with the popular school's output of new graduates."

SAT scores were abysmal again last year urging many parents to ask why the school does not offer even a single course in mathematics, civics, composition or foreign language. Other parents remain concerned that the school focuses too much attention on too few students; three students to be exact. One student in particular seemed to be the focus all of the school staff between 2003 and 2011. In spite of causing constant interruptions to instruction, attracting escaped prisoners and putting at risk the safety of other nearly nameless students, one male student was the star of the Quiddich team and received constant personal attention and tutoring from all of the senior staff.

There were also questions about the age of some of the students as they seemed to linger well into their early 20s and not graduate and move on with their lives. # # #
