A less stress Thanksgiving...Pecan Pie, Cornbread-cooked...Stuffing and Turkey...

will be completed after lunch.....

tomorrow we wake up early - my two girls will run in (and my wife and I will walk in) and annual Gobbler run in Wake Forest....

come home, have some cornbread and jam and coffee, then start the reheating....and finish the meal prep by making the mashed potatoes, carrots vichy and peas....

3 PM - time to eat! This will be the 3rd year we cook the turkey and do some of the complex stuff the day before - makes for a nicer Thanksgiving (and much easier clean up!).

Now back to planning my garden for next year - have a wonderful Thanksgiving, everyone!
