need some ranch hands? I'll fore-go my health care coverage for the opportunity of an honest day's work for an honest day's pay (and yes I can ride a horse,................. or a mule, ............. or an alpaca??........... or a chupucabra !???............. but that might take some 'splainin' !?)

BTW I used to be a photographer, back in the days of darkrooms. The Pics you often post really inspire me to move foreward. I just got a Cannon Rebel as a gift, maybe I'lll start contributing to the photography forum soon. (The old stuff is too crazy for DU standards)... but I look forward to future urban exploring and the visual goodies that, that yields.

My kitty 'Louis' appreciated it, (he's pretty spoiled). Wish me luck for a job though. A meaningful job: where I can go to work at a place that doesn't make other peoples lives worse. (I just applied for a job today at wind-turbine co.: wish me luck!!!!!!!)

good for you and your community! (continued vibes) Lets hope its contagious. (though I'm not getting my hopes up.... unemployment around the rust belt of Ontario is pretty high). But who knows maybe for once, this job will be mine.

I don't know how Hollywood managed to gloss over that one when creating the Johnny Depp star machine. (Personally I feel a real connection to that movie for inexplainable reasons).

... and some to endless night. Fortunately most of us have season of each.

I had to go watch that again, a big fan of Jim Jarmusch I am.

And don't worry so much about growing older. It's better than the alternative.

The Doors first album will go over good. Thanks for the idea!

(Too bad its Tylenol 3's instead of acid I'm having for breakfast.)
