I just told the building manager how beautiful she looks all of the time. She is probably about my age and dresses impeccably - I can tell she spends a lot of time across the street at Macy's, Nordstrom, and Saks 5th Avenue.
Big smile on her face.
Not bad work for a crazy dude.
