If you wear pierced earrings with a hook like an upside-down "j" I need your help.

Where can you buy those little bitty plastic thingies that you put on the hook to keep the earring from getting lost? It's especially important this time of year, when you're donning and doffing jackets and sweaters. Oh, and coats and parkas, for those of you in the higher latitudes.
