And I have added more people as of recent to ignore. So that will mess up what you see on the post count?

I use to never have anyone on ignore till now so I didn't know it could confuse you like that.

Also, you won't see any replies to the person you have on ignore, nor any of the replies to the replies.

For instance, in the post lineup, a thread will show 0 replies, but when I open the thread, it has replies. Or in the lineup, a thread might show 4 replies, when it really has a dozen. Like that.

I have no one on ignore.

It's been like this for me forever. Oh, well.

It could be a way to try and keep arguments from looking weird. Let's face it, one sided arguments look weird.

that's always been the number - it's probably the same star member.

There might be some no-star members ignoring me.

Still, though, I think I see all the thread posts when I open a thread. It's just in the lineup that not all of the posts are counted.
