Am about to taste apple cider vinegar, will it cause me a Mayan apocalypso demise?!1 Stop me!

I've heard it can de-fat the body, but it *is* for human/animal consumption? Is it supposed to be watered down? I'm imagining that it will pickle me into a shriveled condition or cirrhosis.

Am going to dump the diet green tea because I think the tea's "natural" caffeine has messed up my sleeping and put my nerves on edge, besides being slightly this side of FOUL!1

**********ARrrrrrrrrrrGHhhhhhhhRrrrr!1 I just took a swallow (of the apple cider vinegar) and just about BLEACHED myself!!!1 So much for that, unless somebody comes up with diluting it or something.

so I won't just dump the whole gallon down the drain. What about adding stevia to the tablespoon/water? Thanks!1

I don't mind the sour taste so much, but I've heard of people adding a little honey or fruit juice to sweeten it.

I remember when apple cider vinegar/lecithin was all the diet rage--probably 15 years ago...

I can't say I know anyone who kept it up--nor really lost anything on it, but probably can't hurt. I'd definitely dilute in water, though.

and chug it down. It's not bad if it's sweet.

But it won't de-fatify you, unfortunately.

about a Tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar and honey. The organic apple cider vinegar has to be the kind you have to shake because it settles. Not the clear apple cider vinegar.

"The natural occurrence of amino acids and enzymes creates strand-like chains of connected protein molecules which are referred to as The Veil of the Mother."

I find it helps when I have a tickly cough.

It doesn't taste bad at all either.

It's supposed to have other good benefits, as you mentioned too. You can look up lots of home remedies using it on the web.

The de-fatting idea is probably due to malic acid's role in the Krebs Cycle. But there is also evidence that it is helpful in creating a positive intestinal flora, and that too seems to play a role in less fat accumulation.

You can dilute it or mix it with honey or both, but please stay with it. Always rinse your mouth after though, to save your tooth enamel.

Any green tea is good, not just the stuff labeled diet and acts as a stimulant, theanine and caffeine will interfere with sleep in most people, so don't drink the tea after two or so, depending.
