My lobster pot pies came from Williams-Sonoma yesterday.

My parents get them every year for us as being from CT and now living in GA we miss good seafood.

They are so good!

Lobster meat in a sherry cream sauce in a pastry puff. It's a yearly tradition that's one of our Christmas gifts.

All we do is thaw them out when we want them and bake them in the oven. I make a salad to go with them.
