9. I've never heard of slimming world

but I can vouch for Weight Watchers. I lost nearly 40 pounds over 15 years ago and have been maintaining my weight loss ever since. I believe in WW so much that I now work part time for them as a leader.

Weight watchers might help you lose some weight, but only because it's about eating less. Really, it's not complicated to lose weight; burn more calories than you consume. I just have to get back to doing that.

264 right here. I'm at 5'4 and a half. Trying to find stuff to look half decent is the pain of my life. So I feel ya!

They promise people magic bullets and pills that will make you look like a supermodel in 2 weeks, they sell you gym memberships that you only use for 2 weeks then pay for six more months until you give it up...the whole process just disgusts me!
