Update re hubby in hospital:

Still here. He's off getting an echocardiogram and I'm irritatedly watching C-Span, wher of course they're voting to commemorate WWI. Thank goodness there's nothing important going on...

We hope he gets turned loose today. Seems no muscle damage, just angina, but we heard those three little words we know so well, "Given your history..."

is a good thing. Take it one day at a time and make the best of each moment. He's lucky to have you nolabear, and I'm sure you feel lucky to have him.

hugs to both of you.

... during the echocardiogram. In the TRUE sense of the word "awesome", one of the most awesome things
I've ever done in my life is watch my heart beating in realtime. I'm always struck speechless by it (and you
can just ask Kali how awesome and accomplishment THAT is).
.
VERY familiar also with the preamble, "Given your history...".

I'll be here through New Year's.

The GOOD news is that I plan on asking them for all the potentially celebratory drugs I can beg, borrow, and
wheedle out of them
,
Cool word, "wheedle", in't it?
