1. I'll be at home, alone,

reading and/or watching tv, until 10:00 - 10:30. It will be peaceful, and I'll be content.

Then I'll go to bed and be up before dawn.

No celebration; I left that behind many years ago. I figured out that the new year arrived without my losing any sleep over it.

I'll have my doggie & kitty, we'll enjoy some steamed crab legs, some black-eyed peas for good luck and a glass of champagne. We'll likely be all snuggled up for sleeps by 11pm.

I envy your youth and/or stamina. In reality, I usually have to schedule the wine on one night and woman on another...me being 40 and all. The sex got scratched tonight. She's in bed with a belly ache. So it's just DU and brewskis for me tonight. And music, sweet music.
