We've got our survival supplies ready for this weekend's terrible weather

Oh and by "survival supplies" I mean meat for grilling.

Hope yall have a good one. This kind of weather makes up for all the craziness that Florida throws at us.

50's for us this time a year will feel like 70 but do we ever need some rain and or snow.

Down 15" of snow for the season so far after an extremely dry summer. I worry about this summer...

Just finished prepping a chicken for the Weber. Will be cold again by Saturday so I'll enjoy the heat wave while I can. Got some snow here a couple of weeks ago, but not nearly enough. I too worry about next summer.

I lived in South Florida most of my life until I moved here to North Georgia. I hated the temperatures in the 80s and 90s. At least we have seasons here and not just summer and spring all year long.

I visit family and friends in south Fla only between late November and late February. By my standards it's plenty warm and pleasant, but the locals bitch if the highs aren't higher than the low 70's. The ocean water feels great to me too, though again it's too cool for the locals.

Last time I was there it was unusually warm for December. Didn't mind it at all during the day, especially with the breezes, but it didn't cool down at night enough to sleep comfortably without air conditioning on. I got nary a wink of sleep it was so warm and stuffy indoors.

You do know that four days out the accuracy of a weather forecast is less than 50%...

... besides, meat doesn't need to marinate that long.
