hot, fresh, Beingets for breakfast. yummmmm

i have never had them. a big glob of powder sugar on fried dough, for breakfast, lol lol. hu uh. not for me. even went to new orleans recently and everyone went for beingets for breakfast. not me.

hubby made them this morning and had my first

i kept saying, lol. sugar falling everywhere.

so good.

what a breakfast, but yea, had my first (and probably last) beinget.

hubby has made them in the past. i wouldnt eat them. this was a first. son said, see what you miss.

i tell him, gotta have surprises as we are getting older.

there's a cajun breakfast place in town that serves them. especially delicious when slathered with strawberry-rhubarb jam
