I don't think I have much time, but I've made fantastic progress and I'm capable
of independence again.

Next time we speak, I should be out of the Cardiac Rehab Center and back home.

The BAD news is that even though I've only been gone just over two weeks, all my Jack Daniel's is GONE.

One of these two housemates drinks like a fucking fish, he does.

The place was FREEZING when I got here --- 54 degrees inside the house (no heat).
.
There was no sign of my two current housemates, so I thought maybe the landlord
turned the heat way down since no one was here. Not so. No heat.
.
One of the h/m's showed up and told me they hadn't had heat for about a week and,
get THIS... neither one of them had bothered to call the landlord (who lives a block
away and is actually pretty responsive to problems).
.
These guys are pretty fucking pathetic. Luckily, last night was SO cold that one of
them called today, so within an hour or two of my arrival, a repairman showed up
and there is heat.
.
PERFECT timing.
