Glad to get a very rough year out of the way. Traveled a lot of the fall just to get away for a while. Saw some great music coast to coast though, from Springsteen in Denver to Bill Kirchen (from Commander Cody, but you probably knew that) in Virginia, with Dale Watson opening, to Ramblin' Jack Elliot in Berkeley, among others. Did some playing in Reno too... I was planning on getting to Austin finally over New year's but couldn't get away again. This spring hopefully and I'll of course let you know. I hope you're doing well. If you get a chance, check out a hot Austin soul/funk band called Roxy Roca. My buddy Alex is their drummer ;he and Tommy know each other too, and for that matter tell Tommy hi if you see him.

20. Last time I saw Tommy was at his wedding party at the Iguana Grill back in Oct.

I think he had a gig since then but it was out my driving range. Saw Bill Kirchen play Christmas Eve at the Armadillo Christmas Bazaar. He lives here in Austin. Let me know when you do head down here.

She is a sweetie but she is also Destructo Queen of the Universe.

Does Marcy give kisses? I've had two rescue labs and neither one of them liked to give kisses, but they were as lovable as can be. The lady at the shelter told me that some dogs just don't like to give kisses.
