(10,642 posts)I can't believe how ticked off I am at him! What a betrayal!
Thanks!

(66,446 posts)Me, too. He was supposed to be an emblem of human accomplishment. Instead, he's an example of how hypodermics, evasiveness, and dishonesty can create a simulacrum of accomplishment...

(66,446 posts)Will loves an audience.
Several times, replies to WSTFTD were so few that Will would say: "That's it! Ta, mate! I'm to Stratford. The huzziff and the cubs will be waiting. Send a post-horse if you can put arses in the stalls again."
Which was his Warwickshire way of saying: "I'm going home. Call me if you want to do this again."

(53,339 posts)Got the hospital address from her hubby by PM, looked up the local Conroy's, made the transaction--and then the damn thing froze. Ah, well. Will probably has a line somewhere about how it's the thought that counts. In fact, he may have a few lines that apply.
I'm tempted to let Conroy's know how much I appreciated their email confirming my registration.

(66,446 posts)Will says he has a crush on you.
Well, "crush" isn't the word he used. It's something fairly indecipherable in the Warwickshire dialect. But he followed it with: "Go on then, lad. She will get my drift."
