Current president is the driving force lately. In his first ( or second?) year when the economy had been bad and pay increases had been frozen for a while, he gave an increase to people at the bottom of the pay scale because he cared that they were struggling the worst. Pretty impressive, huh? Wish I could remember more about that time cuz I think there was more than just that to be impressed by.
The campus has also grown hugely under him. Impressive!
I'm glad I work there...it's the best being at a college!
