Country music singer Mindy McCready has committed suicide, according to FOX 17 and multiple other reports.
Stacy McCloud, a reporter at FOX 17 in Nashville, tweeted:

“A close family friend of Mindy McCready has informed me that the country singer has committed suicide.”

“The Mindy McCready suicide I told you about has now been confirmed from 4 different sources. A statement from the family is in the works.”

I knew about the Roger Clemens thing. Did not know she romantically associated herself with suicidal people, had a leaked sex tape, and a myriad of drug and legal troubles. Very very sad.

sounds like a hell of a lot of anger, and a messed up woman.

Anybody thinking it might have anything to do with post-partum depression? Didn't she have a 10-month old baby?

Was she just determined to self-destruct by inflicting the most pain possible?
