This thread just reminded me of the old poem, The antiseptic baby and the prophylactic pup.

(90,690 posts)It's pretty terrific when I stumble upon one other person who even knows that poem exists. I used to read Best Loved Poems of the American People when I was a kidlet, and that was in it.
You did a nice takeoff on it too.
