7. I served for the first time

And I had no idea what it was. Since the site has been redesigned and the rules changed I haven't been on much. I just went with the flow and tried it. It wasn't that difficult. The case I had was one that could have gone either way. There was some use of the F word which I'm not appreciative of when addressing someone and some interesting name calling about our president.

It was fun! What a great idea whoever came up with it. We all agreed 0-6 to leave the "offensive post" alone.

Of course, it is always busy!

JK.... I have served several times and enjoyed the experience. Hope you do, too.

11. Blue Box. If you ignore it, Skinner sends you a contempt citation

Then you have to appear before him, and explain that you had to be with your sick aunt in Newark, and couldn't possibly serve on a jury. You'll repeat this cycle twice until you finally are told by your attorney that you can't get out of jury duty this time. Then the blue box will appear again. You will immediately be taken to a flamefest between two posters you love dearly. You will now choose who you love more. Eventualy, you will vote to hide their threads, and label them both as terms of service violators. You'll then obsess over the ramifications of your decisions for years, and will spend thousands in psychotherapy bills. You'll then decide that nothing is worth the pain of jury service, and you will loudly announce that you are no longer a registered voter.....

...then Skinner will remind you that this is a political website for Democrats. For whom does the tombstone fall? It falls for thee..........
