*sigh* just when I find a decent razor with decently priced blades....

They stop selling them in the United States, and the earliest I may see them back stateside is 2014. The only way to get replacements is through their online webstore, which is British, so in addition to an international transfer fee, I'm going to get soaked with international shipping charges.

Fuck it. I'll just order an old school safety razor from vermont Country Store or something.

First world problems.

and I got one of those silly sharpeners "as seen on TV" about 4 years ago.
Since then I use them at a pace of about 50 to 75 shaves per blade. Since I shave every other day, one is good for 3 to 4 months.
Current one I have been using since Jan. 1.

Also heard that if you keep them in baby oil between shaves they never get dull. I will try that with the next one (shave, clena, sharpen, place in oil)
