Well ibuprofen is a NSAID, but that sounds like something beyond that treatment.

WD-40 is for when things don't move but should.

You may want to visit your dentist. I grind my teeth when I get stressed. My jaw would get tight and I would get terrible headaches. Advil didn't nothing for the discomfort. This did wonders for me...
