At what degree of fever do hallucinations kick in?

103.3 is the answer. At least that's what degree the pile of laundry made a biscuit in the trunk of my car explained to the Gatorade bottle.

Shit! I'm down to 102 and feel tons better, but that pile if laundry is still eyeballing me.

Things like Acetaminophen and Aspirin will lower a fever. What's going on?

Funny how you felt so good and then on comes a flare. Not Debbie downer, Lupus/autoimmune disorders are the downers.

Good thing I felt like crap, or I would have really, well, felt like crap. And worried about whether it was going to, sob, stay like that.

Fortunately, the meds kicked in, fever dropped, and things returned to normal.

If you start going above 101 think about that bath. It is a miserable experience...I know, my doctor ordered it when I spiked a fever like that while pregnant with my third child.

I hope you're feeling better really soon! And, that you won't need a cold bath!

assuming they don't come with nausea and vomiting. And assuming they aren't a sign of something worse. I don't know why but I always feel really cozy when I have a mild fever. 103 isn't mild though, take care of yourself! Like others said a bath or wipe down, sponge bath etc.

at 103-104. At 106 you are on a cooling blanket in MICU. I have seen someone survive 106 but not more. Seizures tend to set in.

All I can say is fluids, fluids, fluids and if it is more than 102 and you have chills, get to the ER because your temp is about to spike.
